Initial Nutritional consultation: This is where I get to know you, find out what your goals are and look into your eating pattern and habits to see how best to make a plan for you. First I will send you a health form and 3 day food record template for you to fill out and send back. Then we can sit down and fully discuss what you need and how to get there.
Time: 90 minutes
Follow up consultation 45 minutes: Here we can see how you are getting on with the information I have given you and problem solve anything that isn’t working. This is a great chance to add some more changes if needed, keep you motivated and let you feel in control of your nutritional wellbeing.

Follow up consultation 30 minutes: This is a catch up for motivation, support and to review any changes to see how they are working.
